Yes, when done correctly, pressure washing is safe. Older or weaker driveways that are crumbling may be at risk, but we’ll assess this during the quote.
I mainly use diluted sodium hypochlorite, which is safe if applied correctly. I will protect grass and plants beforehand, and ensure pets and children stay away during application.
Any smell will disappear after a day or two, but after an hour, the surface is safe to walk on.
Not if precautions are taken. I will water nearby plants before applying chemicals and ensure they are protected.

Absolutely. I use the right chemicals and pressure to tackle tough stains safely. Some older stains may be tougher to remove and in some cases can still leave a mark but I will at least make it look better.
Most driveways and patios can be cleaned in 2-5 hours, depending on size and condition. I give you an estimated duration with your quote.
Yes, please remove vehicles and furniture to allow full access and a thorough clean and if neighbours have cars close by I would advise them to move their vehicles too.
